ListSuiteAI is operated by Luminy Consulting Pty Ltd (ABN 48 631 682 990) ("we", "us", "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

This policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose and protect personal information when you use the ListSuiteAI application and website (together, the "Service").

4. Use of artificial intelligence and third-party AI services

ListSuiteAI uses third-party artificial intelligence (AI) services to provide its core features. Before your data is sent to any AI service for the first time, the app will ask for your explicit consent and explain exactly what data is shared.

What is NOT shared with AI services: Your name, email address, phone number, agency details, payment information, and account credentials are never sent to any AI service. Only property-related content (voice recordings, transcripts, and photographs) is shared, and only for the purpose of generating your listing materials.

Your consent: The app requests your explicit permission before sending any data to these AI services. You may decline, in which case no data will be sent and no listing materials will be generated.

All AI-generated content is presented to you for review and editing before use. AI-staged photographs are clearly disclosed as digitally enhanced. No automated decisions are made by the Service that could significantly affect your rights or interests.

5. How we store and protect personal information

Your personal information is stored in Supabase, a cloud database platform hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2+).

We take reasonable steps to ensure these providers handle your information in accordance with the APPs. Each provider maintains their own privacy and security practices. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party.

The Service uses essential cookies only for authentication (keeping you signed in). We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or third-party tracking scripts.
